Perched high upon a cliff, this magnificent beauty opens to a luxurious fountain and traverses down the hillside, through lush tropical flora, and ends at a lower palapa just above the crashing waves of Santiago Bay.

Chef
A full service chef is included in your rental cost. From both coastal and regional cuisine, Chef Malena will keep you wondering what possibly lies ahead for the next culinary delight as she prepares signature dishes unique to this home. Sit back and relax while Malena does all of the grocery shopping and meal preparation to cater to your every need. (guests reimburse for food/drink costs)
Free Wifi/Phone/Roku TV
The house is equipped with Wifi and a free vonage phone system with unlimited calls to the United States. We offer Roku TV in every suite and living room.
Garden
A full time gardener keeps the grounds in spectacular condition. Enjoy your private balcony or one of the two palapas as you take in the sights of mangos, papayas, coconuts, bananas, and citrus.
Novices will appreciate the many varieties of flora and tropical plants that are perfect for photographing in natural light.
Maid Service
You will fall in love with our ladies and their infectious smiles as they take care of daily housekeeping chores as well as full service laundry for normal washables. This home offers a true "vacation" for each of our guests to not lift a finger on daily necessities that is required in your own homes.
Pool
The villa is complete with a heated infinity pool, wrapped in bougainvillea, that looks out over Santiago Bay. Adding to the tranquility are unobstructed nightly sunsets from the pool and swim up bar to enjoy your cocktails and appetizers.
Van and Driver Service
Our local manager owns a van and driver service that is for hire. Our driver and onsite villa manager, Alan, will be your full time English/Spanish speaking tour guide and will assist with all of your excursions including airport pick-up and drop-off.

Local Beaches/Beach Clubs
There are numerous local beaches in the area and beach clubs to visit. Alan can arrange fabulous beach excursions. Please note that the La Punta HOA has restricted access to the private beach in La Punta for all guests unless you are visiting with the owner of a villa. For now, we ask our guests to honor this new rule. We hope to have the beach access issues resolved in the future.
Volcano Tours
There are two volcanoes located between Manzanillo and the city of Colima--1 ½ hour drive.
One is active and the other inactive.
On a clear day, you can see the active volcano in action.
Fishing
Manzanillo has been named the “Sailfish Capital of the World” and hosts international tournaments every year in November and February. With advance notice, our manager can arrange for you to charter a private boat. Enjoy your day out on the water, and bring your catch to be prepared by your chef for dinner.
Sunset Cruise
Sit back and relax aboard a 50 ft. Yacht while enjoying appetizers and drinks prepared by your chef for a sunset cruise.

Visit rural Manzanillo farmlands/coffee plantations, and learn about the local culture. Drive across rivers and through towns or take a remote ATV Jungle/Beach tour with stops at a small family owned farm with a surprise Coco Loco!

Snorkeling
You may charter traditional panga boats, that can carry up to 12 people with snorkeling gear available for rent. They will take you to a protected coral reef where you can observe many types of fish and a diversity of sea life. On your way back, stop at a sunken ship for a look at one of Manzanillo ́s best snorkel and dive sites.
